Eligibility for Returns
We offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days of purchase for eligible items. To qualify, items must be:
✅ Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
✅ Free of animal hair, stains, odors (such as smoke, perfume, or detergent), and any damage
✅ In their original condition with tags attached
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Jewelry & personal care items
❌ Holiday items
❌ Items purchased with a discount code of 25% off or more
❌ Sale and clearance items
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at capsuleclosetboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for store credit to be processed.
💡 Store credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchase!
