At Capsule Closet Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

We offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days of purchase for eligible items. To qualify, items must be:
 Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
 Free of animal hair, stains, odors (such as smoke, perfume, or detergent), and any damage
 In their original condition with tags attached

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Jewelry & personal care items
❌ Holiday items
❌ Items purchased with a discount code of 25% off or more
❌ Sale and clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at capsuleclosetboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  3. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for store credit to be processed.

💡 Store credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchase!
