Order Tracking & Responsibility

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Capsule Closet Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any concerns regarding lost or damaged shipments must be handled directly with the carrier.

Eligibility for Returns

We offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days of purchase for eligible items. To qualify, items must be:
✅ Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
✅ Free of animal hair, stains, odors (such as smoke, perfume, or detergent), and any damage
✅ In their original condition with tags attached

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

How to Initiate a Return

2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
3. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for store credit to be processed.
